Return Policy
We have a Our 15-day return policy means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—new and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
 Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item has any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.
 Exceptions / items that cannot be returned
 Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized goods (like special orders or custom items), items from the Mystery Box collection, and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

 We do not accept returns of used items or gift cards.
 Exchanges 
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 Refunds
 We will notify you as soon as we receive and review your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive a voucher for the full amount to spend in our store. The voucher is valid on the day you receive it, and you will have 3 months to spend the refunded amount.
