DEFECTS IN FOOTWEAR
The quality of the products in our store is high, but sometimes we receive a few defective pairs that we have to return to the supplier.
The main defects we found are misplaced stitching, poorly applied glue, and the use of different materials in manufacturing.
THE MOST COMMON PROBLEMS
The most common problems reported by people who purchased defective or even counterfeit pairs are:
Sole detached
In all brands, sole detachment can occur due to indoor use conditions, exposure to water, or manufacturing defects.
Premature wear of the sole
Some people have reported premature wear of the sole, especially in high-pressure areas such as the heel and the front of the foot.
Problems with the midsole
In some cases, the midsole may compress or lose its ability to absorb impacts, resulting in user discomfort.
Defective Seams
Poorly made seams can lead to openings, tears, or discomfort during use.
Problems with the top layer
Some shoes may have problems in the upper layer, such as peeling or tears.
Aesthetic Defects
Although less common, visual defects such as irregularities in the paint, blurry prints, or incorrect logo placement may occur.
Adjustment Problems
Some cases report fit problems, including variations within a pair of shoes between the left and right foot, or even discomfort due to an improper fit.
These are the main defects that can be found in some ballet flats. If you want to know more about ballet flats and specific models, visit our blog.
